Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email along with a return authorization slip.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including the return slip inside, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
